Direct Delivery Orders

Our Direct Delivery Program allows anyone in need of food support to place an online order and have food delivered directly to their home FREE OF CHARGE.

How To Participate?

• You need an address for delivery
• Provide good contact information so we can contact you while delivering your order.
• Sign up for email notifications, and follow our social media accounts to see when ordering is available.
  
  

If you party you will agree to the following:

1. If ordering on behalf of another person, you agree to educate them on the Terms and Conditions of Participation;
2. Not to resell any food or product received through the Direct Delivery Program;
3. To provide World U.P. with the best and most accurate information possible when placing orders;
4. Not to ingest any food that they have a known or suspected allergy to;
5. Inspect food upon arrival and dispose of any product that is not edible;
6. Treat our staff and volunteers with kindness, patience, and respect;
7. Participants, for themselves, their heirs, personal representatives or assigns, agents, employees and affiliates, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue World U.P, their affiliates, organizational patterns, or volunteers, direct or indirect, officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Direct Delivery Program; and
8. Compliance with any other communication provided to you as a Participant.

When Do We Deliver? 

While we try to hold a weekly delivery! Unfortunately, things change and sometimes we need to cancel. 

What Foods Do We Offer?

We focus on fresh fruits and vegetables, however we can only offer you what is available to us through our partners. World U.P. cannot guarantee that order fulfillment will be exactly as ordered. We will try to accommodate orders by making food replacements based on the answers provided in our checkout questionnaire. 

Do you only deliver food?

No! Sometimes we have other items available like hygiene products (tampons, pads, washcloths, etc), and knitted items. 

Do I need to pay or tip a delivery person?
